Fully web enabled, it links patients, medical professionals, managers  and suppliers to a single set of clinical, commissioning and financial data, while streamlining the processes of managing clinical records, referrals, appointments, consultations, commissioning, procurement and performance reporting.

 Electronic Patient Records – Patient identification and clinical information is stored and accessed in a secure manner and can allow controlled access by patients. Once the patients are referred to specialist treatment units, then their record can be expanded to hold details specifically required by the treatment unit.  For more information click here.

 Referral Management –  The referrer can select where to refer a patient and the system will prepare the required correspondence to book the appointment slot. The referred clinic can create/transfer the patients record into their systems, make appointments and then correspond with the patient and the referrer.   For more information click here.

 Appointments The rich functionality of the system makes the entire process much simpler even when working within a multiple-clinic environment. The availability of clinical slots is clearly displayed within diaries and when booking a slot, an episode of care can be initiated, patient records amended, correspondence sent, transport arranged and much more. For more information click here.

 Consultations When a patient attends an appointment, the system facilitates the processes of arrival, registration, recording of measurements, viewing the patients notes, adding new clinical notes, prescribing treatments, updating appointment outcomes, issuing appropriate correspondence, booking the next appointment and making new referrals.  For more information click here.

 Commissioning – When treatments are prescribed, the system calculates the price of the treatment based on specific of fee/tariff/tax rates of the treatment. Once submitted, the appropriate documentation is produced and the treatment sent to the appropriate provider, electronically or by mail letters, documents can also be sent to the patient.  For more information click here.

 Purchasing – Information about suppliers, their products, costs and supply details are held within the system. Once treatments are prescribed, orders can be immediately forwarded to the suppliers, together with relevant purchasing and delivery information.  For more information click here.
